Authentic Tiramisu

Authentic homemade tiramisu. This product weighs between 2 1/2 pounds! Chef Mike doesn't hold any punches when it comes to his decadent desserts.

Whats in it?

Lady fingers dipped into espresso coffee which has been steeped with marsala. A sabayon sauce, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and mascarpone all whipped until light/airy.

This cake has three layers of ecstasy, and is finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.
